Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack the unworn footwear or accessories in the original box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
